Meditation is nothing connected with anything physical (structure, methods, and so forth.). Meditation is a perspective. So assuming you’re in any capacity partner meditation with something structure based, similar to strategy, stances, how to inhale, and so on, you’re not getting everything done well, since you are partner it with structure.

Meditation is the condition of perception, where you interface with your inward timeless genuine self and the genuine self notices your bogus self and all its misleading thoughts. There are numerous approaches to depicting this condition of meditation. One is the greatness of psyche and its contemplations, and since considerations are bound in time (what happened yesterday, what will happen tomorrow), being in a condition of meditation is to be well established right now where past and future don’t exist as they are a result of your brain.

When you are in the state of observation, you are meditating properly. Your end goal is the state of mind, which I attempted to describe of how I experience it.

The benefit of the Satsang is to gather with the purpose of meditation and enjoying the silence.

First thing you need to understand meditation is all about witnessing.

Witnessing starts on three levels.

(1) Body: You become aware with the movement of your body, even lifting of your hand, moving body is done being conscious. Today you walk and when you reach destination you don’t know when did you reach? With being conscious about your body you are aware with it’s movement.

(2) Thoughts: You watch your thoughts without being identify. You just become a watcher like you are watching a movie without reacting and you know these are just thoughts, it comes and go. Just a mere understanding, and you start getting dis-identify with your thoughts.

(3) Emotions: After transcending above two, you become aware about your emotions too.

Meditation becomes more straightforward, you no lengthy need to battle with your psyche such a lot of It turns out to be exceptionally charming and intriguing. Your energy of being will develop. (This sort of feels like the glimmer of a climax.) Your crown chakra will initiate and you will feel energy there. You will start to enter your “I” which is the entryway to endlessness. You will turn out to be more tranquil as you approach your day. In the end, you will see the blue light and enter samadhi, which is to lose your uniqueness and extend out in the Boundless One we as a whole are.

Still Gazing

The stillness of the eyes control many subtle energies in the body. Restless people tend to have shifty’ eyes. Have you noticed Chess players, they are so engrossed in their thinking while playing that you could mistake them for dead people. There is a rarely any movement in their eyes. The more engage your mind in the constructive thinking more you achieve gaze. The practical of still gazing is called ‘ Trataka ‘. The ability to perfect your gaze is critical in attaining a true meditative stage. Still gazing will make you feel calm and energetic

Method

1-Sit in comfortable posture, preferably cross-legged.

2–light a candle at a distance of about 3 feet in front of you.

3-Ensure the candle or any other object of focus is at your eye level. Watching a flame is more energized because the flame has a dynamic energy

4–Watch it for 10 minutes, ideally you should don’t blink while watching the candle. It is hard to not blink- at first tears will starts rolling down your cheeks if you try to keep your eyes open without blinking but with practice your eyes will become use to this practice

5- During the actual practice try to be aware of your wandering thoughts and gently bring back your mind to the object of focus

Do Trataka for 10 minutes before going to bed and you will feel a peaceful sleep and a calmer mind when you are awaken. Trataka also helps in improving digestion because it has an impact on the 10 vital energies on of which is called thermal energy which is directly responsible for providing digestive enzymes in our body. You can make this practice a part of your daily routine and you can you start the meditation below once you have done still gazing for about 40 days.

Witness Meditation

At the root of feelings and emotions are thoughts most of which live in the subconscious mind. Fron the subconscious springs a negative or a positive thought and sometimes conscious mind grabs it, so when you grab a thought and are unable to let it go it can became a desire or any emotion…mean to say when you watch your thoughts without reacting to them they lose the power to trouble you, they start to disappear

Steps to do

1-Sit straight preferably cross legged but this meditation is just as effective even if u sit in a normal chair ideally your spine neck and head should be in a straight line

2-Rest your hands in your lap if u are seated crossed legged or on chair

3-Just relax your arms and feel a sense of a relaxation in your entire body

4-Normslise your breath

5-Gently close your eyes and wait for the thoughts to come and knock on the door of your consciousness

6-simply observe your thoughts

Good thoughts bad thoughts-right wrong moral immoral loving and hateful they are all just thoughts. Intrinsically they are immaterial. Don’t give them any importance, don’t pursue them, don’t react to them and most importantly don’t talk to them. They will emerge manifest and disappear.

So ideally when you no longer react to your thoughts this is meditation and strange things will happen as the gap between one thought and the next increases.. keep increasing that gap and it will be state of quietude. Witness meditation helps you to become more mindful when you don’t react and become a silent observer nature will take control of your life and personal struggle disappears and nature will replicate with extraordinary miraculous healing forces…

Begin with the assumption that you can transform your life, you can master yourself and you can write your future. Once you set your mind, give your everything to make it happen. Whatever be the outcome, the journey itself becomes every bit worthwhile.
