This plugins used for backup import, export also restore. We can take day wise. After delete/deactivate plugin backup will recover when we activate again respective plugin.

But this plugin is limit of 128MB backup import only more than can’t import… for export we can export any large data. I’ve attached some large size of plugins that import upto 32GB backup.
